Post-Construction Runoff Control Regulatory Requirements

The cities of Clarkston and Asotin and Asotin County adopted a construction ordinance that requires post-construction runoff control for new and redevelopment projects.  The ordinance outlines the design criteria and maintenance requirements for stormwater facilities. To review the ordinances, click here.

The goal of these permits is to reduce or eliminate stormwater pollution and other impacts to surface waters from construction sites and maintain natural drainages and beneficial drainage patterns.
