About This Website
This web site is designed to inform the public about the Stormwater Management Program, established by the City of Asotin, City of Clarkston and Asotin County in response to our new Stormwater regulatory obligations.
This site will be updated on a regular basis, so please check back. More information will be added as it is available.
Current Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP)
The NPDES Phase II Permit requires that Stormwater Management Plans and Annual Reports are submitted each year to the Department of Ecology by March 31st and made available to the public by May 31st. The public comment period for the Stormwater Management Plan is from March 31st to May 15th. To view the current Stormwater Management Plans, see the link below.
